Christian Nunamann, co-owner of Forecastle Properties, brings a diverse background to the world of property development and management. Before starting Forecastle in 2020 with his brother Andrew Nunamann, Christian spent the previous decade sailing as a chief engineer in the merchant marine on overseas vessels.

Since returning full time to Schoharie County, Christian saw an opportunity to improve housing options for the community and expand on the existing rental market. Together with his brother, Christian and Andrew have grown their real estate portfolio to include several rental units throughout Middleburgh and Schoharie, as well as updating and renovating many of their properties. Christian is excited to expand Forecastle’s capacity to include property management services, and continues scouting new properties to add to their rental portfolio.
